Aminah Boudah

Emotional eating coach adults

About

Amina Boudah is an emotional eating coach and the founder of the Beyond the Food program, a practice supporting women across Egypt and the Gulf in transforming their relationship with food and their bodies. Her work focuses on the emotional and inherited roots of eating patterns, exploring the stories, feelings, and family narratives that shape how individuals nourish themselves. Firmly rooted in an anti-diet-culture philosophy, she believes lasting change comes from within, with physical change viewed as a byproduct of deeper healing rather than the primary goal.
