Sofia Sobhy is a Clinical Psychologist who believes that therapy is a space where you should feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. She believes that reaching out for support is a meaningful first step, and that therapy should be a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what you’re going through at your own pace.
She is particularly passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions and life experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward. She believes that every individual brings their own unique experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy, and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
