Hello there,

This is Yasmine El-Garhy Registered Psychotherapist - (Qualifying), I believe in second chances and in change of heart. 

I also believe that change starts from within, that is whether you are planning for the future or healing from your past. In both ways I believe I can help you out. 

I am an internationally Certified Trainer from the HRCI, and an ICF Life and Addiction Recovery Coach. My latest degree acquired in Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Canada. I am a Registered Psychotherapist -(Q) from the CRPO, and a member of the CCPA.

My practice focuses on going to the root of your early history to understand struggles in the present. I also take a ‘whole person’, strengths-based approach, that works with the human tendency to grow and seek a better life.

I am here to help, and I respect that opening up is hard and finding the right person to do that with is important. That is why I provide a free consultation session for clients to make sure that we are a good fit to walk the therapy journey together.
